GROUP SHOPPING TRIPS
Hastings Macleay Community Transport Service provides a shopping service to a shopping centre in your area. This also gives you the opportunity to pay bills, banking, hairdresser appointments and grocery shop.
The contribution ranges from $7.50 to $15.00 for GROUP shopping trips depending on location and distance.
You are encouraged to use home delivery services provided by most local retailers if you are making large purchases.
Due to safety concerns you are restricted to transporting 2 medium shopping bags per household on the vehicles. We do not transport large bulky items.
To book for a shopping service contact the office to have your name added to the shopping trip. Where possible we require 2 Business days notice.
We also pick up from the RETREAT VILLAGE in Port Macquarie every THURSDAY for shopping at Settlement City. Please ring or email the office to book your seat. Cost is $7.50 return.
